How Mindful Minute boxes work:
Simply place a candle in the candle holder, and light it for approximately 20 minutes of burn time. Whilst the candle burns the intention is for you to engage in a mindful activity - read, journal, pray, dance, garden, breathe - whatever you need! This is a charming and beautiful method to invite a little more calm into your days!
When your box runs low on candles, simply pop on over to Jasmine to order some replacements!
What you receive:
- 1 hand painted 8 x 8 x 4cm box (Rhiannon @runrabbitrun.artbyrhiannon)
- 31 beeswax candles (burn time 20 minutes) (Jasmine @honeycombglowcandles)
- 1 handmade candle holder (Nat @soulfire_pottery) (each box has its own unique design!)
- A big old dose of gratitude that you took some time for yourself!

Candle Care
Looking After Your Beeswax Candles:
Drafts: Burn away from fans, open windows, or vents to prevent uneven burning.
Safety: Always place on a heat-resistant surface and never leave unattended while burning.
Trim the Wick: Before each burn, trim to ยผ inch (6 mm). Use a wick trimmer or scissors.
Monitor Flame: A tall or flickering flame indicates the wick needs trimming.
Mushrooming Wick: If a carbon "mushroom" forms at the tip, extinguish the flame, trim, and relight.
Extinguishing flame: It is recommended to dip the wick into the wax pool to extinguish rather than blow out to avoid smoking
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat sources to prevent softening or warping. Our wrapped candles are very delicate and prone to chipping if bumped or handled roughly
